Personal: Share your story, who are you and why have you joined, where you live, what talents you have, your family, other animals, life purpose - anything about yourself.
I'll have to work on this!
Interest in Horses: Share if you love horses, have horses -what kind, ride-type of riding, any reasons you are connected with horses.
I have been horse crazy from birth. I presently have 5 horses and 2 ponies and I am studying Parelli Natural Horsewomanship. I have a quarterhorse mare (see picture in "your photo":) She is expecting in June. Then I have a Paso Fino gelding who is 9, an Azteca mare who is 4, and expecting. A PRE Andalusian filly who just turned one.
The ponies are shetland/arab cross and brother and sister.

I worked at a TB track for 4 or 5 years with a wonderful horseman who trreated his horses well and taught me a lot! After that I worked in a Lucitano barn for another 3 years or so.
Career: Tell us what you do, if you have a horse-related business or other business, if you are a student, or want to have a career with horses.
I have an equestrian center and have been rehabilitating it. I hope to give a few lessons, do some lay-up work for the local vets, and sponsor Parelli clinics.

Hey!
I just wanted to say I just want to say that I agree with you. I have a 22-year-old Morgan and she'll just follow me without any head gear. I just think that when you have a horse that doesn't listen to you at all, you should just tell them in a way that you are the boss and they have to listen to you. All I'm trying to say is that you should start some disscusions as well on how to "become the boss."

Thanks Kristin!

I'm excited to be here. It is a second rainy day, the new floor is in the barn finally, everyone is cozy and fed. I am thinking this would be a good day to see if the babies want to talk!
